Drawing on his background growing up in a family of restaurateurs, Chef Edmund will guide you through traditional dumpling-making skills. Start by demystifying the science of umami with a curated tasting of premium soy sauces. Next, get hands-on as you learn to create dough from just flour and water, roll the perfect thin wrappers, and master the classic 13-pleat crescent fold.

For the filling, you'll use premium organic Bay Area ingredients, choosing between heritage pork or a delicious veggie-tofu stuffing (with a Wagyu upgrade available!). You'll also craft your own secret, crave-worthy dipping sauce using expert flavor ratios.

After the hard work, sit down and connect with your group over a 3-course feast. Relish your handmade dumplings alongside crisp, garlic-sautéed baby gai lan (Chinese broccoli). Finish the night on a sweet note with a classic handmade dessert like Tang Yuan (sweet rice balls).

You will leave with flour on your hands, great memories, and a digital recipe guide so you can easily recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
