What you can expect

Enjoy an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Valle del Cocora, combining hiking, nature, and adventure in one of the most iconic landscapes of the Eje Cafetero.

The day kicks off in Salento, from your accommodation or our office located at Calle 2 No. 6-09, where you'll board a traditional Willys jeep heading to the magical Valle del Cocora.

We'll start a guided hike of about 3 hours (adjustable according to the group's level and preference) along trails surrounded by mountains, pure air, and the imposing landscape of the Wax Palms, Colombia's national symbol.

During the tour, you'll visit the two main viewpoints of the valley, with time to capture spectacular photographs at iconic structures such as La Mano, the giant Jeep, and other panoramic spots designed to frame the natural beauty of the place.

After finishing the journey in Cocora, we'll continue to La Carelia, where we'll embark on a 1-hour hike along a natural trail that will take us to a waterfall hidden among mountains and lush vegetation.

In this magical corner, you can enjoy the purity of the cold water, feel the energy of the surroundings, and capture unique images from the sides of the waterfall, the ideal point to get photos that frame all its majesty.

A brief but profound experience, perfect for those who want to connect with nature, explore authentic landscapes, and experience the essence of Cocora at its finest.
