In the morning depart from Dubrovnik to Medjugorje. It became famous for the apparitions of the Virgin Mary, which first started in 1981, after which it began to develop religious tourism. Since then this place is one of the most visited tourist centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is annually visited by about a million Catholics from around the world.
After coming to Medjugorje follows a group climbing to the Apparition Hill and leisure for prayer, and then descend to the church of St. James to attend Mass.
After the Mass, followed by free time to see the church area head to Ethno village. Ethno village is a unique hotel and tourist complex which spreads over four acres of land. For the purpose of the complex, 50 stone houses were built to celebrate the tradition of architecture and way of life in Herzegovina for centuries.
After lunch, you will have free time to walk around Ethno village and in the afternoon depart for Dubrovnik.
