What you’ll do
You will begin by preparing fresh pasta dough from scratch, learning traditional Sicilian techniques passed down through generations. Under the chef’s guidance, you will shape classic pasta styles and prepare complementary sauces using carefully selected local ingredients.
The pace is relaxed and unhurried, allowing you to fully enjoy the process. Once cooking is complete, you will sit down to savour your dishes as part of a tasting experience, paired with regional wines or soft drinks.
An optional market visit can be arranged in advance for guests who wish to deepen their connection with local ingredients and culture.
