Arancino: an iconic rice ball to be filled in a thousand ways with its pointed shape that recalls Etna and that in this part of Sicily is called Arancino…

You will learn, under the careful Guide of our chef, to cook Sicilian arancini starting from the cooking of various types of filling: from the classic one with meat sauce, to the one with eggplants … And in so many other ways. On request we will also prepare excellent vegetarian fillings. You will then move on to the preparation of the crust and the cooking technique

Then we will teach you how to prepare our world renowned Cannolo!

Activity itinerary

The Sicilian cannolo is one of the symbols of Sicily; an iconic dessert with ricotta base, symbol of our land. This dessert, symbol of Sicilian tradition, conquers for the contrast between the crunchiness of the waffle and the sweetness of the ricotta cream. During the lesson you will learn how to make it step by step, so you can replicate it at home. At the end of this fantastic lesson you will taste what you have prepared under the Guide of the chef; a light lunch or dinner in a relaxed environment with a great bottle of Sicilian red wine and a glass of limoncello whose flavors will perfectly match these two masterpieces! The course is held for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 16 people.
