Activity itinerary

Combine a MTB course tailored to your level (or your level if you participate in a group) and then go on the iconic descent of Poggio Polveraio: cross the old mines of the Vallone and reach the sea. These are all topics that will be covered, and adapted, to your level of experience: - Basic position (limbs, gaze, center of gravity); - The centrality; - Setup of the basic bike (levers, tire pressure etc); - Behaviors and attitudes during a descent; - Bend technique; - Management of slope changes. - Steep and changes of slope; - Being soft and fluid; Bunny hop.
