The “Bayside Pairing Tour” is a pairing dinner experience that combines the craftsmanship of local sake brewing with the fresh, seasonal ingredients of Kesennuma. Guests can explore the passion and dedication of sake brewers while enjoying curated dishes designed to complement the flavors of carefully selected Japanese sake. You can also learn more about the story behind the ingredients by touring the oyster farm on a chartered cruiser and interacting with the fishermen who grow the oysters. Please come and experience the richness of Kesennuma's food, which lives in harmony with the sea.
