You will be driven first from the airport through the city. As you drive through the city, you begin to feel the ambiance of the city and get a sense of the ways of the people of Calabar. A few kilometers out of Calabar town is Akampa where the national park is situated. Get thrilled by the beauty of nature as you approach the park with the sight of different species of flora leading into the park. There is no network signal in the park which makes it an ideal getaway for you to commune with nature. You are driven past the road that leads to the Tinapa resort as you head southwards to the Cross River National Park

A deep plunge pool forms at the bottom of the waterfall which is characterized by well arranged stairs of 234 steps from top to bottom. The nearby Kwa River sand beach is sure an icing on the cake, making Kwa falls, Nigeria’s own tropical paradise.
