- Visa on Arrival (Laos): Cash payment required (THB 1,800–2,000 or USD 40). This visa fee is excluded from the tour price and must be paid separately upon arrival at the Lao border.
- Not recommended for same-day arrivals or tight onward schedules. Tour timing may vary due to traffic and operational conditions.

Day 1: Chiang Rai to Chiang Kong - Pakbeng,Lao

Chiang Khong

Pick-up at 06:00 AM with private transfer from the city center in Chiang Rai to the Chiang Khong border, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can enjoy the views along the road and observe the morning life of the locals. Once you arrive at Thai immigration,At the border, our driver can assist you with visa documentation if needed. You can obtain a visa on arrival (payable in cash) or use an e-visa. Please note that a passport-sized photo is required. If you do not have one, our team can assist you in getting one at the border. We will pass through Chiang Khong to cross the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge No. 4. You will need to take a bus to cross the border (included in the service). Once you cross the bridge, our Laos guide will be waiting for you on the Laos side.

Huay Xai

At the Laos border control is located in this city. After you meet Laos guide, they will take you to the boat pier to get in the boat

Pak Beng

10:00 AM: Arrive at Pak Tha for the boat permission checkpoint. Our guide will share the Do's and Don'ts in Laos, along with some fun facts. Enjoy a traditional Lao meal for lunch on the boat. Afternoon: Visit a traditional Kamu village (Ban Khmu Law), a small, cozy community of around 70 families. Travelers will learn about rural lifestyles in this remote area before continuing the journey to Pakbeng. 5:00 PM: Arrive in Pakbeng for an overnight stay (accommodation not included). Please prepare a day pack, as you will be able to leave your luggage on the boat Welcome Drink: Bael Juice Lunch: cucumber with tomato salad. Mok Paa (streamed fish). Fry Chicken Legs (Chicken Legs are tasty like Tom Yum). Sweet Sweet Pork (Khov Piav Van Mu). Streamed vegetable + tomato sauce. Local Desserts and Fruits.

Day 2: Pakbeng to Luang Prabang,Lao

Pak Ou Caves

08:00 AM: Depart from Pakbeng. Morning: Enjoy a demonstration of local handicrafts by the guide. Participate in preparing Lao desserts and drinks. Lunch: Savor a traditional Lao meal on the boat. Afternoon: Visit Ban Muang village, renowned for its Lao whiskey. Explore the famous Pak Ou Caves, home to over 2,000 Buddha statues. Welcome Drink: Lemongrass Juice. Lunch :Chicken Curry. Wok Vegetable. Lemongrass Pork. Veggie Springs Rolls. Eggplant Fry. ( Khov Mak Khou ). Local Dessert and fruit.

Luang Prabang

The boat should finally dock in Luang Prabang at around 5:00 pm, and we will transfer you to your hotel. Please inform us of your hotel to drop off. SunSet Snacks. Vegetable Springs Rolls. Crispy rice with tomato sauce. Peanuts (MakThov Din Song Kheuong). LPB Sausage + Mekong Seaweed. LuangPrabang Rice Bran (Khao Mom Mo Thod).
