What you can expect

  • Upon your arrival at Port Said, our agents will welcome you with our Meet and Greet service, holding a sign with your name at Port Said. You will then be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo, a scenic drive of 3 hours, with a stop if needed to rest.

    Your exploration begins with a visit to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), the first museum in the Middle East dedicated to showcasing the earliest civilization in history. It houses numerous unique artifacts of ancient Egyptian civilization. Visit the mummies' hall, home to Egypt's most famous kings and queens.

    Your journey continues to Salah el-Din Citadel, home to the iconic Alabaster Mosque. After this historical exploration, you'll have an authentic lunch at a local restaurant.

    Your day tour concludes with a visit to Khan El Khalili, a district renowned for its fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, and antiques.

    As the evening descends, your guide will accompany you back to your cruise ship at Port Said.
