What you can expect

  • Welcome of participants for canoeing trips at the Wilderness Origin base in Belvianes and Cavirac in the South of France (Pyrenees).
    Gear including neoprene suit, shoes, life jacket, helmet, and paddle.
    Transport to the start point by midi coach
    Introduction to the basics of canoeing and kayaking with a briefing and technical explanations
    6 km descent from Quillan along the Aude River, alternating between rapids, slides, and calmer sections
    Fun stops and swimming along the way, with information on the flora, fauna, and heritage
    Drop-off at the base by van
    Debriefing and removal of equipment, then the activity ends with a cool drink in a friendly atmosphere.
