Enjoy a full-day experience that combines the route along the Caminito del Rey followed by a two-hour tour on an electric mountain bike, the most complete way to discover the spectacular landscape of El Chorro and the Gaitanes Gorge.

Meet your local expert guide at the front desk of Hotel La Garganta, next to the southern access point of the Caminito del Rey and only 100 meters from the El Chorro–Caminito del Rey train station. Your tour guide will take care of coordinating the group and the official tickets. After a brief introduction, you'll take the included shuttle bus from the meeting point to the northern entrance (Ardales), enjoying panoramic views of the Conde de Guadalhorce Reservoir.

Before reaching the admission checkpoint, you'll pass through a tunnel carved into the rock and walk along a pleasant 15-minute path surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation as you discover the history of King Alfonso XIII and the origins of this extraordinary engineering project. At the entrance, you will be given a safety helmet and the necessary instructions before starting the tour.

Traverse more than 3 kilometers of suspended walkways, attached to the vertical walls of the Gaitanes Gorge, which reach heights of up to 100 meters. Some stretches narrow down to just 1 meter wide, adding excitement to the experience. Along the way, discover emblematic places such as the Escalones del Chocolate (or de la Mantequilla), the Tajo de las Palomas Canyon, the old and new structures of the Caminito, the Puente del Rey, the Mirador de Cristal, the Valle del Hoyo, and the spectacular straits of the Gran Gaitán.

The most exciting moment comes when you cross the rope bridge, suspended between the canyon walls, with breathtaking views of the surrounding cliffs and reservoirs. After crossing it, follow a scenic path downhill along the Tajo de la Encantada reservoir to the south exit, where the walking route ends, near the picnic area and the La Garganta restaurant.

After a break, we'll meet at the La Garganta front desk at the time indicated by the tour guide and continue with a guided route on an electric mountain bike. This eco-friendly activity is suitable for all levels, thanks to the modern electric mountain bikes that help you on climbs and uneven terrain. We'll ride along forest tracks and mountain trails, reach the old quarry, and climb above the pine forests to enjoy panoramic views of El Chorro and the Gaitanes Gorge.
