Activity itinerary

The Douro Valley (Pass by)

Breathtaking panoramic views of one of the world's oldest demarcated wine regions. As you sail along the Douro River, you'll admire steep terraced vineyards, picturesque wine estates (quintas), charming riverside villages, and rolling hills that change beautifully with the seasons. This unique perspective from the water offers an unforgettable way to experience the valley's natural beauty, rich heritage, and tranquil atmosphere

Eclusa da Barragem da Régua (Pass by)

One of the highlights of the cruise is passing through the Bagaúste Lock, an impressive feat of engineering that raises or lowers the boat by approximately 27 metres. As the lock gates close and the water level gradually changes, you'll experience first-hand how vessels navigate the Douro River's series of dams. This fascinating process offers a unique perspective on the river's navigation system while adding an unforgettable moment to your journey through the stunning landscapes of the Douro Valley.
