Overview

On this tour we'll explore the Lisbon's most historic neighborhoods! 70% of the places we're going to visit are empty because they're not explored by tourists, because they don't know about these neighborhoods, which have magnificent beauty and are typically Lisbon, apart from the fact that they're very quiet, you feel like you're in another city. We will explore every magnificent corner where we can admire its tiles, its colors and its magnificent viewpoints! These viewpoints will give you a truly breathtaking view of Lisbon! These neighborhoods also have something unique: Street Art! These true masterpieces are made by local and international artists, most of whom are conveying a message. I'll show you places that I guarantee you'll never visit on your own! I have 5 years experience in walking tours and 3 years driving a Tuk Tuk, plus the fact that I'm a photographer, so I know every photogenic place in Lisbon! Curious about taking this incredible tour? Let’s go!

Activity itinerary

Castelo, Alfama & Mouraria
  • 10m
The Mouraria neighborhood is one of the most traditional neighborhoods of Lisbon. It was in this area that the Moors went to live after the conquest of Lisbon by D. Afonso Henriques in 1147 until they were expelled in the 15th century. There are few vestiges left from that time. However, Mouraria is still today the most multicultural neighborhood in the city. In all, 56 nationalities live together in this neighborhood, most of them from Bangladesh, China, India, Pakistan and Mozambique. The rest of the time we will spend on round tour.
Panteao Nacional
  • 5m
  • Admission ticket not included
The National Pantheon - or Santa Engrácia Church - is an impressive baroque monument, housing the tombs of the country's most notable citizens. The rest of the time we will spend on round tour.
Miradouro da Senhora do Monte
  • 10m
Next to the Capela da Senhora do Monte, this privileged balcony over the city offers a wide and rich panoramic view of Lisbon. The rest of the time we will spend on round tour.
Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcantara
  • 10m
The São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint is one of Lisbon's most extensive and iconic vantage points. It is right next to the top of the Glória elevator and offers a special panorama of the city. Here you can see the whole of Avenida da Liberdade, Restauradores and Baixa, as well as the hill of Castelo de São Jorge, with its imposing walls and its photogenic green crown of stone pines.
Miradouro da Graca (Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen)
  • 20m
Today Graça is a very rich and diverse neighborhood, with squares, viewpoints and buildings ranging from the simplest of residences to the most imposing of palaces. It's an area that appeals not only to locals but also to foreigners because of its soul, historical value and location
Miradouro de Santa Luzia
  • 10m
Discover the belvedere with its incredible view, which is a sight in itself. As popular for the view as for its unique tile decoration, this is one of Lisbon's must-see spots.
Elevador da Bica
  • 10m
  • Admission ticket not included
On a steep sidewalk, with the Tagus in the background, the elevator travels a few hundred unique, inspiring and very photogenic meters.
Alfama
  • 20m
One of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon, well known for the strong presence of fado. The rest of the time we will spend on round tour.
Casa do Alentejo
  • 20m
Casa do Alentejo is housed in the Alverca Palace, built in the 17th century and officially offered to all Alentejans (by birth or by heart) from 1981 (it had been leased to the Grémio Alentejano since 1932).
