The gentleman who was our flight attendant took great care of us. He truly is the definition of great customer service.
Good seats, nice staff, great entertainment Nice choice of movies too
Air France's reputation for excellent food and service did not disappoint. The no show passenger and medical emergency that delayed our flight by two hours were uncontrollable and therefore I don't fault the airline, which was good about communication with passengers while it was all happening, which is more than I can say about a number of US carriers.
It would be nice to get free upgrade to business class now for me and my dad for return flight.at January 12 It's his first time flying and I would like to make it special for him and experience to remember his whole life
Many thanks to Air France staff
The food NEEDS improvement!!!!
Surprised when bags are free. One each for me and the family. Big savings :)
Super friendly staff
Everything was well except for the food which was not tasty at all. Thank you!
Bought two tickets with information for first check in luggage no fee and suddenly after on the airport was asked to pay $60 per bag I had two very light back and now i ended paying $116. Very sneaky way to get more money from a customer and very unprofessional. Very unhappy with customer service as well they were not patience to listen and advise me. Not satisfied with this flight and I will never fly again with Delta.
plese dont fly with this airline
The line to check in was absurd. They have no automated check in option at LAX. One of the largest airports on the planet, and you have to stand in line for over an hour just to get a boarding pass. There is no way to check in online, and this is 2019! When I arrived at check in at 6pm for my 830pm flight there was over 100 people in line to check in and only ONE person behind the counter! I stood in line for over one hour before additional staff arrived. When I booked my flight, I paid $75 for checking a bag. I was able to pack lighter and fit everything into a small duffel bag that was carryon size, and I was told they could not refund my $75 since I had already prepaid. Ridiculous. Then once I finally got through check in, the flight was delayed an hour. There are no TVs on the individual seats, just one small TV ever few rows, but only in the center of the plane, I had a window seat. There are no usb or electric outlets on the seats, and this is an international flight. On the plus side, the flight attendants were friendly and the in flight meals were good, but the stress of check in ruined my day. I arrived 2.5hrs early for my flight and was genuinely scared I would miss it because of how long the check in line was and how slowly it was moving.
Extremely long delay in the middle of the night, with virtually no information to passengers, even once trip had recommenced, about when we would be arriving at destination.
Reasonable discount airline with cramped seats, but with small fixes would be better.
It was SO disorganized as far as getting on plane
Even though , I had checked in , still Air France cancelled my seat and they didn’t have any explanation
i am furious with this flight, I travel 20 hours around the world to have my fashion show and they lost all the clothes of my show, so now I have to suffer wondering if they can bring it in time or not, also I have to switch seats 3 times because of problems with the entertainment and they didn’t offer anything to make my experience better
There was no communication with pilot or staff ! Didn’t even have a screen to where we flying to or what ? Food was horrible
