The tour continues in the vat room, a key place in the production of wines. The winemaker explains the different stages of winemaking, from the grape harvest to aging.

You will then have the privilege of getting up close to the vats for an exclusive tasting directly from them. In this intimate setting, you will taste several wines that are still being aged before bottling.

This special moment of exchange with the winemaker will allow you to ask any questions you may have, learn more about the wines, the work in the vineyard and the choices made at the estate, for an authentic immersion in the world of the vineyard.
