The Cali Zoo in Colombia has been managed since 1981 by the Fundación Zoológica de Cali, an institution dedicated to wildlife conservation, environmental education, and research. With over 2,500 animals and more than 500,000 visitors a year, it offers an experience of learning, connection with nature, and appreciation of natural and cultural heritage.

It is a place for citizens to come together that promotes the conservation of natural and cultural heritage through education, awareness, and its conservation programs and actions. The Cali Zoo works continuously to inspire a love for nature and promote the care of life.
