    About the Head Monk

    He spent ten years studying in the United States and holds a master's degree in Buddhist Studies from Dongguk University. After ordaining in Korea, he received full bhikkhu ordination at the Royal Temple of Wat Pho in Thailand.His teaching draws on early Buddhist meditation practices and Korean Buddhist traditions, with an emphasis on practical mindfulness in everyday life.
