Explore the highlights of Sequoia National Park with an experienced local guide. Travel through the park’s dramatic mountain scenery and giant sequoia groves, stopping throughout the day to get out, explore, take photographs, and learn about the park’s natural and human history. Depending on seasonal conditions, the day may include iconic sights such as the General Sherman Tree, Giant Forest, Tunnel Log, Moro Rock, scenic overlooks, meadows, and other points of interest. Enjoy short, easy walks at several stops with plenty of time outside the vehicle. Your guide will share stories about the giant sequoias, wildlife, geology, fire ecology, and the history of Sequoia National Park. The itinerary may vary with weather, road conditions, crowds, and seasonal closures, allowing your guide to make the most of your day in the park. Please not due to time and distance we do not visit Kings Canyon National Park.
