The resort is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained with lush landscaping, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views. It’s clearly designed with families in mind, offering a wide range of activities to keep kids entertained all day long.
What truly stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. No matter how many questions or requests we had, they never seemed tired or irritated. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome.
Special shoutout to Axel and Armando at the coffee house—they were always friendly, engaging in great conversation, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
