Great centrally located hotel with nice rooms and the staff was excellent at making sure we were comfortable. They had an excellent included breakfast as you could order what you wanted. We would gladly stay there again.

The staff were efficient and friendly and attentive. They took care of check in with ease and took our bags up to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The robes were plush and comfortable. The Locctaine products are amazing and make the shower feel luxurious. The chocolates on the pillow was a cute touch and was a perfect indulgence for a bedtime snack. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it as a place for others to book when visiting Vancouver.
