Cozy Log Cabin

Great location, centrally located near Bretton Woods, Cannon mountain and Attitash. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Large kitchen and seating area. Nice private view behind the house. 10 minute drive to Bretton Woods ski area and Mount Washington hotel

College Friends Stay in the Whites

Very well suited to our stay of 9 old college friends. Central location to hikes, sites, and Cog Railway. Well appointed kitchen for cooking needs. Great stay with welcome front porch, and ample back yard with fire pit.

Summer retreat

We rented this cabin for the week for my family. 5 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space to accommodate all. The cabin was well stocked with basic needs for cooking, etc. The back yard was a plus for the kids to run around and a firepit to make smores. Beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. New washer/dryer combo was a blessing. Would definitely want to return next year. There is not a supermarket in town other than a small deli/ gas station called YaYa's. Need to drive about 25 min to next town for Shaw's which is the only real downside to location.

Peaceful Stay Near Bretton Woods

This house has incredible cabin-like charm with all the modern amenities. It is a spacious and very comfortable home that suited our family well. Great location and very quiet. Extremely well kept and meticulously clean! I highly recommend this property for families up to 10 people.

Wonderful stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space for 3 families with children. The property was beautifully maintained with all the amenities we needed. We had a great time visiting Santas Village and took Polar Express train from Lincoln and would love to return to some day to create even more memories

Lovely log cabin with all the amenities for a great family getaway! Clean, comfortable, private, and homey. We loved the front porch to have morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Easy access off of main road. Had an issue with the driveway being really icy and dangerous to walk on and drive on but someone was sent to take care of it once we let them know.

Beaautiful !!! all around

my son and wife and son are from Germany came up with us for the weekend !!! we had such a wonderful time, would have LOVED to stay longer to be honest. The home was beautiful, the views and location. We would love to return one day Thank You, we made so many wonderful memories and I LOVED the Bear (wooden) one in the front it was like he welcomed us !!! great touch

Wonderful House & Excellent Weekend!

We rent this house for the weekend and it was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We went to Santa’s Village which was only 20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this house!

Disappointed in no working fireplace or fire pit

Overall, the online reviews were accurate with regards to the cabin itself, but you are not allowed to use the fireplace (woodstove) and there is not an outside firepit area. If you are like us, and really enjoy a real fire in the morning and evening, this is not the rental for you. The sign above the woodstove, which you can not read in the posted pictures, reads: "DANGER! Do NOT use WOODSTOVE". The stove has clearly been used, so I don't know if this is a temporary issue or not, but I would recommend you get clarification on its use if this is an important feature to you. Additionally, the washing machine had a sticky note posted "I'm broken. Do not use." While I understand equipment breaks, this was not brought to our attention prior to check in so we had to seek out the nearest laundry facility. Not major, but certainly an inconvenience which should have been brought to our attention. Or perhaps a roll of quarters on the counter with a "sorry, parts on order. Nearest laundry facility is ...". Last, we discovered a good portion of the dishes and cups are not microwave safe. If you like to reheat your coffee or food, just be careful. Again, not a major issue, but didn't like finding out after the bowl got really hot and I read the label. Fortunately, I checked the grill a day before we planned on using it. The one tank was empty and the other almost empty. On a positive note, I called the point of contact provided and she had a new tank delivered within 3 hours, which is a good thing since the 2nd tank ran out during grilling. So good response there. Finally, a welcome book would be nice. Almost every other VRBO we've stayed at has a welcome book with basic information upon arrival. Granted, an e-mail was sent with a lot of information, but something as simple as the location and setting the thermostat would have been nice. Overall, a beautiful cabin and location, but recommend a few additional notifications and clarifications.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The worst part of this whole stay was the three hour drive to get there. And then having to leave to head home. The cabin was amazing, the only complaint I have is the pillows in the master need to be replaced. And there are more light switches then I knew what to do with. All the cupboards are clearly labeled, so you know where everything is. I wish the switches were labeled, spent a good amount of time trying to find the switch for fan and lights over table (which are hiding behind the oven thingy on the counter). Definitely will be back!

Beautiful Cabin and view

This was a beautiful cabin and the perfect location. The cabin was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch area to enjoy the view and weather. The cabin had plenty of room room for our family of 4.
