Serenity and Peaceful

Check in was easy, The kitchen fully stocked and nice dishes as if family, not cheap. Two dishwashers helped immensely! The location was wonderful, with a dock on a secluded cove for swimming and sitting out ! I loved the screened porch with a swing bed which became my favorite place. The four suited bedrooms made having company easy. I highly recommend this beautiful home. We rented a boat which was dropped off our first day and picked up our last day.

We have been vacationing at Tims Ford for almost 30 years now. Your property was by far our greatest experience. Your home is beautiful and the floor plan is well thought out providing privacy when wanted and several places to hang out as a family. We loved the dock and the peaceful secluded cove so we didn't have to worry about boat traffic with the kids. Even though our boat would not run ot was still great because of the kayaks, canoe and paddleboard to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need!

This place was absolutely perfect for a family lake trip. Privacy and all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Owner was super easy to communicate with and helpful beyond the ordinary. Nothing bad to say at all!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

A great location and large space for our Thanksgiving family reunion. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby state park and relaxing in the evening with use of the hot tub and fire pit.

Nice week on Tim’s Ford Lake

Pics and description of the property were very accurate. Overall our group of 9 was comfortable and enjoyed the week. We arrived on time at the same time as someone sent by the owner to repair a leak in the refrigerator. They were there for about 30 minutes and we didn’t have further issue. There were some spiders on the lower floor that we addressed ourselves with some Raid purchased at a local Walmart. Those were the only minor things experienced in an otherwise great week. Owner was a good communicator. We would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful vacation - exceeded our expectations!

We had a fabulous time and were able to unplug and enjoy the beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious and had everything and more that you needed. The private dock was amazing and we kayaked, swam and fished. The slip for a boat was so convenient. Andy was a wonderful host and very responsive. We hope to be back again and loved Tim's Ford Lake. We made some fun memories during our stay.

Lake Life at its best!

This new home is terrific. We spent 5 days on the lake with 5 adults and 4 teens. All had a blast. House is well appointed, clean and perfectly located on the lake. Can not wait to come back.

Paradise on Tim’s Ford Lake

We LOVED the house! It had big bedrooms and bathrooms. We used both living room spaces to watch TV. We brought life jackets and used the kayaks and paddle board. We went to the Winchester park and played pickleball. The big dining tables were perfect for our group of 7. We got to meet Andy and Laura the owners and they are delightful! We had a fire outside and roasted marshmallows. We will be back!

Good for weekend getaway

Home was beautiful and spacious. All appliances worked; however, the outdoor grill really needed to be cleaned as the grates were filthy (we cleaned it). The home is situated in a very peaceful setting in a cove of the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the home easily fits 4 couples. This was my first experience with VRBO, and while the home was great, the response we received via email from either the owner or property manager seemed to be a canned response that didn’t have part of the reply filled in. Also, 1 or 2 attempts at contacting the number given yielded no response. Luckily, we didn’t have any major questions. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area as it was quite nice. By the way, there are quite a few steps down to the dock - just FYI

Lovely retreat for the weekend

Enjoyed our stay in this large house. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The house had lots of entertainment (games, cards, etc) and the hot tub was relaxing. Would definitely recommend this house for a nice vacation.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights here and it was amazing. Everything you needed was supplied. This property was probably too big for two people, but, we enjoyed it immensely!
