"This is a beautiful property. That being said, for the price, I had exceedingly high expectations. We could have paid more for a spectacular view. However, every room should have at least a nice view. We had a view of a small grass area with shrubs and a wall. There was an ant problem in the room. There were greasy hand prints on the door. The shower stayed warm, but not hot. Signage said to leave towels on the rack if we want to save water and not get fresh towels. We left them on the rack and were given fresh towels, wasting water. Bed was comfy. We wanted a spa treatment and based on the description thought that the "Signature" mani/pedi included hand/arm and foot/leg massages. The ladies were super sweet and gave good mani/pedis, but other than the skin treatments used in arms/legs, felt like ordinary mani/pedi. None of these would typically be an issue. But, at this price point, expected more."
