"We showed up to the hotel and when we got to our room, we practically tripped on the bed. The room was so small. Also, the window was painted white so you didn't have to look out at the busy street. We decided not to stay and rather drive home that night instead. We had paid $475 in advance through Expedia. For that amount, we would have expected more. They didn't even provide a complimentary breakfast or parking. Fortunately, the hotel manager was very understanding, and he refunded the room 100%. I was able to work with an Expedia agent and they are processing the refund. If we had known in advance that the hotel was not acceptable, we never would have made the reservation."
