Family Visit

We visited family in the Three Forks area and could not have been happier with our experience. Our host Carol was responsive and professional and the home was true to all of its listings. It was perfect: clean, well appointed, and provided a very relaxing stay.

Fantastic House & Host

This house was fantastic. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy and the outdoor space was amazing too. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio. The host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

2024 Family Vacation

The house was absolutely fantastic. Fully furnished with soaps, toweling and paper products. CLEAN, and I mean clean. Beautiful location, easy to find, great outside patio and a fun neighborhood for an evening walk. Would stay again in a heartbeat! We have stayed at rental houses on both US coasts, Lake Superior and the Deep South, this house takes first place!

Christmas in Three Forks Montana

Great property. Had all the amenities of home. Dryer did not work but otherwise very comfortable. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were large and spacious. The host made our Christmas special when we walked in. A cute decorated tree and stockings were hung. We will be booking again as we have family in Three Forks and it was close to them. Thank you Carol & R&R rentals.

Fantastic stay

This was the best rental house that any of us ever stayed at. It was so homey and comfortable. It was very clean and stocked with so many items that you would usually have to run out for. It's in a lovely neighborhood close to many Montana activities. The host, Carol, was very accommodating and super sweet and thought of everything to make our stay great. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

End of Summer Guy’s Trip

Nice, new, well appointed, clean and in a great location, this home was the perfect starting & finishing point for our Bozeman trip to visit a nearby buddy and enjoy this area again. Weekend in Three Forks

This was our second time staying at Carol's property. It was even better than the first. She, again, was so sweet to put up birthday decorations for our 2 year old along with providing some treats! The property is so lovely both in furnishings and its setting. I love sitting on the back patio in the mornings with a cup of coffee enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking tobstay in the area. My family looks forward to this every year!

Perfect Montana Getaway

Beautiful home, beautiful views

The home was perfect for our trip. The beautiful views of the rolling hills was the perfect was to enjoy our morning coffee. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything one might need to enjoy the trip. Owner was responsive and kind when we reached out. This property and the property owner are the very definition of Three Forks. A beautiful house and friendly, caring owners. This is the only place to stay if you’re in the Three Forks area. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great Property- Great Stay

Our family needed a place to stay for a Three Forks high school graduation. We were excited to find this house. What a great way for our family to get together and enjoy our stay. The house was perfect, extremely clean and so cute! We are hoping we can book again in 2 years when our next nephew graduates.
