Waterfront Studio with Dock and Free Kayaks
This recently remodeled 1 bed 1 bath studio offers a blend of modern comfort and serene beauty. Located right on the water, you'll have access to the kayaks, dock, boat ramp, and fire pit. It is common to see all kinds of wildlife including manatees, dolphins, and fish. Fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen. The only shared space is the backyard.
THIS UNIT IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY.
The water leads to the Alafia River and Tampa Bay. The boat ramp, dock and kayaks are available for you at your own risk - they are slippery. Please be careful. The kayaks can be launched from the boat ramp. You can fish from the kayaks and the dock.
The rental unit has a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and wardrobe closet with hangers.
This unit is for one person only. Two people will be considered upon request. No pets. No smoking inside. Strict.
Guest Access:
Through the main entrance, you will enter the foyer, which has two doors (Unit A and Unit B), each with their own locks. I own and live in Unit A. This listing is for Unit B. I try to come and go through the side entrance of the garage in order to maximize your privacy, so this main entrance and foyer area leading to your unit is typically private and just for you.
Other Details to Note:
The screen enclosure in the backyard is off limits. There is a separate patio area by the boat ramp with chairs and a sun shade for your use. The dock, fire pit and rest of the backyard are also available to you.
Parking is available in the driveway.
Washer, dryer and gym are available on site.
