It sleeps 4 comfortably and has majestic views of the bay! You will not want to miss the cotton candy sunsets seen from the balcony! Spend the day by the resort style pool or head to the beautiful beaches of the gulf.

This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit is located in the heart of South Tampa. It is located on the fourth floor of the apartment complex, and does have an elevator. It features a large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Furthermore guests have access to all of the amenities available at the apartment complex.

BEDROOM: large king size bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen tv, spa robe, walk in closet, black out curtains, extra pillows and linens, sleeper sofa

KITCHEN: fully stocked with everything needed to cook, Keurig, toaster, stainless steel appliances, bar with seating for four, dining table with seating for four

LIVING ROOM: large comfortable couch that has a queen size sleeper sofa, 65 inch flat screen tv mounted on the wall with LED lights

BATHROOM: bathtub and shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash

I loved this condo. The photos are accurate! The unit is clean and had everything I needed. I was gone during the day, yet spent one late afternoon at the pool. The residents are friendly. Checkin was easy. The property manager was highly responsive. No complaints. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and there were extra sheets, towels, bedding for using the rollaway if needed. My niece stayed one night with me. Overall an A+ experience.

Great location for visits with my family, beautiful sunset to enjoy in the evenings, fun pool to play in with my grandson, amazingly comfortable bed and great pillows (so important after daily adventures with the grand kiddos). Great amenities and very clean, comfortable well tended home. Will book again!!

Stayed for about a week. It's near McDill Air Force Base and not far from expressways. The unit is comfortable and has all you need. Well, there are no chairs or small table on the balcony, like most other units in the building, it makes it difficult to enjoy the view and space. We would stay again...

Beautiful!

I will miss this beautiful view! Bed was very comfortable. Host was very responsive to communication and checked often to make sure my extended stay was comfortable. This place is huge… much bigger than it looks in photos, especially the bedroom closet. Balcony was great to enjoy the sunset on the water.

Close to Home

With gas prices high we decided to vacation close to home. We live in the Orlando area. The property was well equipped with little extras. (Bath products, aluminum foil, trash bags, paper goods). The quiet hours were great. We were able to experience our vacation instead of someone elses and get rested for the next day. The sunsets were amazing. The host was very friendly and responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

Beau complexe tranquille, à proximité de la ville et des plages permettant différentes activités variées! Le condo est bien aménagé, la vue du balcon est agréable et la télévision fait le bonheur des ados!! Seul bémol, il manque quelques items pratiques dans la cuisine et la piscine n’est pas chauffée!
