Within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, AMC Theater, bus stops, etc. 10 minutes drive to downtown, FSU, and FAMU.

Note, I am only commenting on the room that I rented, not the entire apartment. Everyone has their own circumstances. The room that I stayed in was kept cleaner than the rest of the apartment. The owner put in effort to make the rental space nice. I entered the apartment and went straight to my rented room only.
