Sea Forever was perfect for our family vacation. Being right on the beach was key to it being one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The balcony and beach sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The pool was awesome as well. We loved that it was in a gated community and felt very safe. The kids loved riding their bikes and we enjoyed the pickle ball courts almost every evening. Since there were a lot of us we cooked almost every night and there were a lot of kitchen items which made cooking easy. Having a lot of king size beds and lots of bedrooms/bathrooms was great too. We will definitely be back!!

The air vents in this house were loaded with dirt, mold, and/or mildew. It is not a healthy environment. We only stayed one night and were scheduled for a week. It also needs a lot of maintenance—towel and toilet paper bars were falling off the walls, the sofas were nasty, the showers were in bad need of an update. The rental company were so great in getting us into another house.

Perfect Relaxing Beach Getaway

Sea Forever SGI was absolutely perfect for our family! You can't beat the location. Directly on the beach, steps away from the State Park, and within the safety and comfort of the Sunset Beach gated community. The house is spacious, very clean, and super comfortable. The beach wasn't crowded at all and we saw dolphins playing almost every day. We can't wait to come back!!

Location-Great but House in need of TLC and updating

We have been coming to SGI for close to 30 years and love it for the magical place that it is. But we were very disappointed with the property. It seems that it has not been updated in many years. The family room furniture was worn, the kitchen cabinets were dirty and the tv's were not connected to the internet so that entertainment apps (other than Netflix) could be downloaded from our phones. The same could be said for the bedroom TVs which were very small in size. This may sound "petty" but there is a certain expectation that comes with this type of rental property. We will not be returning.
