PRV 310. This is a Gold-rated 3BR/2BA corner unit with large wrap-around balcony that offers great wide view of the beach, ocean and lagoon. Take the elevator downstairs and out the breezeway for easy access to the pool/hot tub area and the beach boardwalk.
The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is tile flooring throughout the living area with new furnishings throughout the condo. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen TV and an updated master bathroom with walk-in shower. There is an oceanfront guest bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen TV + lovely ocean view. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has also been updated.
This is a spacious condo with nice updates and a gorgeous ocean view that is sure to provide an enjoyable vacation to remember.

My wife and I ended up not going due to Covid, but our son, daughter in law and grandson did and they absolutely loved the condo, location near the beach and everything nearby. They had an awesome and relaxing time.
