Nice location. Kitchen pretty well equipped, The condition was good and we felt a good value for the price. There was an odor in the master bedroom bath. Owner was responsive.

Family trip

The condo was in amazing condition and we could see the beach from our balcony. The walk to the beach was not far and the condo itself was extremely clean. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet family location to stay.

Attention to comfort detail

Our needs were met by great view and access to beach. The little things like bacterial soap, starter coffees, and access to batteries when needed was thoughtful. The owner was immediately responsive to our questions. Very grateful!

Great Condo

We were pleased with everything about the location. Condo was clean, view was great for a first floor due to underground parking garage. Very quiet and safe area. Good restaurants and grocery stores extremely close. Wonderful beach, super close to drive into St. Augustine for museums, tourist attractions (10-15 minutes), but great to get out to the serenity of the beach.

Excellent home with beautiful ocean views!

The home was clean, beautiful and convenient to all of the St. Augustine attractions…without all of the congestion. The ocean views were outstanding, especially while enjoying my morning coffee! I look forward to staying again soon!!

Peaceful Bliss

This condo was beautiful and spacious! Sitting on the balcony, watching the wildlife (turtles and bunnies) and listening to the ocean was bliss. You get a glimpse of the ocean--you know its right there! To get to the beach may be too much of a walk for some seniors and anyone with bad feet/knees. One of my 25 year olds had no problem, the other one thought the walk was a bit hard. This place is about 20 min ride to Old St. Augustine. but still in any awesone location by car to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Owners answered my needs quickly! Pool was great and quiet! Loved it here! Hope to return soon.

Ideal condo to Relax

We were very impressed at the cleanliness of the property. Everything we needed flying in for a beach vacation was provided. Excellent parking and access to condo by elevator. The porch overlooking nature with the sea in the background was what we needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent beach getaway!

This property was very comfortable and so clean! We lived in FL many years ago and I couldn't believe I never saw a bug of any kind. The beach was beautiful and private. Close to everything needed. We love O'Steens for delicious seafood. Loved walking around the old town and outlet mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Fall Vacay

The property was perfect for our friends get away. We are from Michigan, Illinois, & Alabama. It was a really clean property and had everything we wanted. Only thing we could have asked for is maybe a few more towels and some beach towels. The kitchen was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Loved that it was a quick stroll to the beach to watch the sunrise. Close to town for exploring when the urge struck. Great property! We hope to come again!
