Casa Gialla is a cozy and comfortable villa with a beautiful swimming pool (40 m²) and a view of Sonnino and the valley towards the sea. The fully fenced villa is located in a quiet location with lots of privacy. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The beautiful beaches of Sabaudia and Terracina are only 25 kilometers away and a few kilometers further south is the pretty seaside town of Sperlonga. There are beautiful hiking trails around the house, for example in the beautiful, nearby national nature parks. The picturesque center of medieval Sonnino is 2.3 km away and is home to many nice restaurants and bars. At 8 km from the house is the train station of Priverno-Fossanova, where you can park for free and travel by train for 5.10 euros (2023) to the central station in Rome within 53 minutes. Depending on the season, there are also fast connections to Naples and other cities. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and central heating.
