A uniquely designed residence that offers convenient access to our main pool and hot tub.
Large picturesque windows with views of Snowmass and direct ski out access onto Snowmass mountain via Fanny hill and direct ski in via Adams avenue are some of our guests favorite amenities of this spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome located in the prestigious Woodrun V neighborhood.
The living room offers wrap around windows, ample seating, a flat screen TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a small bar complete with wine fridge. In summer, enjoy the views of the Elk mountain range and Snowmass from the outside deck. Just a few steps up is the dining area and kitchen. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and additional seating can be found at the kitchen island. The recently updated kitchen with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counters. Just off the living room area is a sauna and an additional bathroom.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, private deck overlooking Snowmass, and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower plus a private deck, custom cabinets and dual sinks.
The upstairs guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds or a king bed upon request, flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
