The location and neighborhood were wonderful! We felt safe there the whole time and had very quiet neighbors. The kitchen had all the essentials and they gave us some extra traveling supplies just in case we forgot. They also had a dog park in the neighborhood which was a short walk.For check-in, they forgot to send us the code so we had to call back to back a few times for an answer. The communication after check in was great! We had a response for all our issues in a timely manner. The main concerns I had was the constant presence of roaches (the company had them spray, but they still kept coming). They said they would speak with pest control to fix it after our stay. We also didn’t notice until the end of our stay was the very strong mildew smell in the guest bathroom. I did notify the company as well and they said it would be fixed. Overall for the price, it was disappointing. We just expected more for what we were paying (no bugs or mold as the basics)
