WE OFFER DISCOUNTED RATES FOR STAYS OF 7 NIGHTS A spacious ground floor studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom located on a quiet street just 100 yards from the Skegness Sea Front. Only a few minutes to all the main attractions that Skegness have to offer including The Pleasure Beach , The Pier, Aquarium and of course Fish and Chips. Making it the ideal place for your holiday. Flat 12 sleeps 2 people and it is our large open plan studio apartment with bathroom and shower. The large open plan bedroom, lounge, dining kitchen area is this apartment is very comfortable and comes with a 32 inch Smart TV, 2 large leather seats, a small breakfast table and 2 dining chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. All our self catered holiday apartments are dog friendly. We would love you to bring your 4 legged family member with you, and for a small additional fee you can. Please ensure you tell us by selecting the option when booking. The dogs must not be left in the apartment alone, unattended.
We have some free parking available at the rear of the property which on a first come first served basis. There is also additional free parking available on Glentworth Crescent itself, or the NCP to the rear of the property. We also ask all our guests to respect the guests in other apartments by keeping noise down later on in the evenings and early in the morning, whilst in your apartment or entering or exiting the building. Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Skegness everything in walking distance, apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay ground floor is great for disabled access. Met the owners whilst coming out looking very couple will do anything to help, thank you for a lovely stay we will be back :-) x
