Our stay was right in the center of the village almost! Perfect for someone wanting to be able to walk every where! There are also free trolley rides but everything was in close proximity!

Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick.

Siesta Key stay

This place was perfect for my best friend and I. We spent the day at the beach which was super close and then went to all the bars at night. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere. Would recommend staying there if you are looking to have some fun and lots a beach time. The place was super clean and the host was very responsive.

Bare minimum

This space was clean and quiet even though located right in the center of the city and above a busy restaurant. The apartment has only one entrance and one window, which overlooks the alley and the hvac equipment, but seemed big enough to escape from in an emergency. We basically used the apartment only as an extra bedroom because other family had rented a sweet place nearby with amenities like a porch and pool. The Welcome Guestbook mentions a dishwasher and washing machine, but this apartment does not have those. It is, however, very walkable to the beach.

Short and sweet

Great location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We did a long weekend stay and it was a nice couples getaway to be able to see the sunset each day and enjoy the night life. Parking is very limited but we expected that and planned accordingly. Was able to message the property owner for a couple questions and got quick response.

Great get away

The property was great for a weekend getaway. It was very convenient to the restaurants and a short walk to sunset point. A lot of R&R, which was needed!

If you enjoy staying at a pizza place this is for you

Where do I begin, we first show up to the property and say there’s no way this it because the gps stops in a alleyway that goes behind a store and a pizza joint. But we shortly find out that this is the location and the apartment is above a pizza place where you can smell and hear everything underneath you. Then we learn we have to park in front of a trash can that smelled horrible and the parking was extremely tight. We flew in all the way from Missouri and left after being there for an hour and booked another hotel. I just want to get the word out so no one makes the same mistake we did.

Amazing week in Siesta Key

Location of the property was perfect, short walk to everything the village had to offer. No more than a 2 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market, 5 minute walk to the beach. Place had everything we needed for the week, even a few beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing the property was missing was a balcony, but we knew that going in.

Parking situation was horrible. We parked in front of a garbage dumpster. Twice during the week I had to remove debris from my hood. Tuesday morning was garbage day, had to pay for parking at a different location. Would not recommend this as a vacation stay.
