Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom guest house nestled on the scenic Plainview Winery, a working 3-acre vineyard that produces nearly 20 different types of wine. Situated on 40 acres of beautiful rural landscape, this 1,300 sq. ft. home offers the perfect retreat for wine lovers, nature enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Inside, you'll find a cozy, spacious setup with 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 queen sleeper sofa, ideal for small groups or families. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living space provides a welcoming environment to relax after a day of exploring the vineyard or nearby countryside.

Step outside, and you're greeted by the natural beauty of the property, including 2 ponds (one stocked for fishing), 2 creeks, and a breathtaking wildflower prairie. Stroll through the rows of grapevines, sample some of the winery's handcrafted selections, or pick fresh fruit from the nut and fruit trees that dot the landscape—berries, pears, apples, and more. The property also features a greenhouse, offering a peek into sustainable gardening.

*Winery is open Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 8.

*If bringing children or someone that does not know how to swim please be cautious as the water features are not gated off.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
-An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
