Ruben is the best! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless. We never had to question anything as he made sure he provided us with every bit of information we needed. The attention to detail, was the most valuable part of our trip. Everything we needed and more was provided. We had a large group so we were happy with the way the cabin was stocked with supplies, roomy and plenty of activities. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, and most importantly it was spotless! Location was great! We were close by and far enough away that we could still have the secluded feel. We plan on making this an annual trip and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

Check in was easy. The kitchen was nice. There were two if every appliance, which was nice. One of the dishwashers did not work, but I did not even realize there were 2 right away, so we did not miss having it.

Ruben was a terrific host! Always quick to respond to our questions and needs. He was great at communicating all necessary details ahead of time, making things very easy and convenient for us. The house is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family reunion of seven families perfectly, with us each having our own separate bedrooms with private bathrooms, in addition to the large common areas. The kids loved the upstairs game room and the swimming pool. Kitchen appliances were all functional and bathroom/kitchen supplies and necessities were all very well stocked and available. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Friend vacation

Our bunch of 29 had the best time in this wonderful cabin! Even saw a bear walking behind the cabin one morning! My only suggestion is there needs to be something in front of the hot tub to help prevent slips. Overall great stay and highly recommend!

Great Stay for Our Big Family Gathering!

This home was perfect for our large group of 23. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and gather when we wanted to. The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. A solid choice for any big family or group looking to stay together under one roof!

Boys Soccer team

This property was great for our high school soccer team and coaches. There was plenty of things to keep the boys busy and enough private space when needed. The indoor pool and outdoor pavilion worked out great. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a nice big kitchen.

The host and property were great! Like anywhere, we noticed some minor items that didn’t impact the stay. The AC was not working correctly. Who would have thought you would need AC in Tennessee in February. The host quickly resolved the issue and we were back to having fun.

Yearly Family Vacation

We had a great time in the Sevierville and Gatlinburg area. This cabin was nice for our family. I do wish that there were ground gathering areas for a fire pit and such, but I guess this is not necessarily something done in these areas considering possible bear activity. We were a little disappointed with accuracy of the listing as we did have some small children with us and the listing shows the bedrooms having twin size beds in the rooms with the king size beds. None of the bedrooms with king size beds had a twin. We were able to figure it out and make the best of that part. Overall though the house is very nice. The kids and adults both had a blast in the game room upstairs. While we probably would not stay in this particular place again due to the bed situation, we would still recommend it for families not needing extra beds in with the king beds. Thanks for the memories!

Family Vacation

Cabin is beautiful I was in love with the countertops 😍. It was such a good location between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. There is plenty of space we had lots of people and there was room for everyone. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The level above the pool was such a cool spot if the game room and tv was up there I think I would have spent the entire trip on that porch.

The cabin was as described very spacious! We had a family of 28 adults and kids ages 4 and up with much more room to spare! Entertainment for all ages, only small thing i wished was different is a TV in the patio area. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. This will definitely be our home away from home
