We absolutely loved this cabin! It is in a super quiet neighborhood and we really liked that the homes were not right next to each other like some of the other vacation rentals we looked at. The house was super clean (even the hot tub) and everyone having their own bathroom was perfect. It is really set up perfect for large groups. We used the fire pit outside to make smores and every night we were in the game room playing pool and using the gaming systems. Seriously so much fun! Our host checked on us multiple times and quickly took care of any questions or issues we had. The only thing I would note is that IF you plan to do any work that requires reliable internet, bring your own "hot spot". My husband needed to check in from his work lap top a few times and the internet signal was spotty at best. However, this was a small thing and you are in the mountains!! :)We would definitely stay here again! THANK YOU for an amazing vacation!

Our stay was great, the check in/out process was great and contact with the property management was great and quick. Everyone around us was very friendly. Our house had everything we needed and was very spacious

Great location- private, yet close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house had everything we needed. Great communication for the couple of questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Great Cabin

The cabin is close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There is a beautiful view which is unspoiled from the surrounding cabins. The drive up to the cabin is easy during the summer without 4wd, with limited steep inclines. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by a wall of windows looking out towards the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and there is also a Keurig, griddle, air fryer, and several other small appliances in the kitchen for use. Outside, there is also a grill and firepit. The living room has ample seating with a large TV, board games, and an electric fireplace. The game room contains many activities including a pool table, a golf simulator, and arcade game system. Off the game room was the theater room with ample seating and a large TV. Just outside is the hot tub which was clean and well maintained along with plenty of towels. There were lots of activities in the cabin to keep everyone entertained. Every bedroom has plenty of space, having its own bathroom (with plenty of towels) and balcony attached, giving everyone their own space during the trip. The beads were comfortable, with ample blankets and pillows provided. The cabin also has a great washer and dryer which can hold large loads for convenience. Overall, we found the cabin to be an excellent value and had a wonderful stay – Avantstay was easy to work with and responsive to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and happily recommend it.
