Good spot, but lacking in ways…
Pros: - Stunning view (Kuwohi mountaintop (16 miles away) is clearly visible from either balcony)- Close proximity to many attractions in Pigeon Forge, including Dollywood.- Entertainment included (DVD and Blu-Ray, cable TV, HDMI access for your own use, Air Hockey/Ping Pong table, multi-game arcade cabinet) - Very clean all around! Cons: - Very steep drive up the mountain! Make sure your vehicle has the horsepower to make the climb.- Very uncomfortable king-sized bed on the lowest floor. I would ignore that bed when determining your lodging size accommodation. I would recommend limiting guests to 5 - two in each of the other beds, and one in the daybed on the lowest floor.- Lack of response from property management. I messaged a question via the Vrbo app regarding check-in, and never received a response.- Coffee makers (drip pot and Keurig) available, but no coffee provided. Make sure to bring your own! - A little overpriced, in my opinion… you’re definitely paying for the view you get, and the proximity to attractions.Feedback for property- Fix the king-sized bed on the lowest floor.- Consider providing K-Cups for visitors, or at least inform them the option is available to them.Overall, I’d recommend coming here! Just be mindful of the cons.

Wonderful view
The house was clean and the beds are very comfortable.
Wonderful air conditioner. Is very close to Pigeon forge and gas stations and grocery stores.
We went to the English Mountain trout farm grill and caught our own fish to have cleaned and cooked ... That was fun
Drank our morning coffee on the porch and enjoyed the wonderful view of the mountains.
The game room needs the balls to play ping pong and the air hockey game needs the discs so we did other things that the young ones want to do.
Enjoy your stay there. Enjoy your stay there...We sure did .

Rough around the edges and inside
Others have said, the location is beautiful, there is a great view in the backyard, there is no denying that, however the home itself is another story.
The house needs a refresh, starting with the outside, needs pressure washing, and a paint job, and thorough cleaning, there are spiderwebs and debris all around the house, and on the house, the screens are falling out of the windows, the wood deck is all faded, and the paint is peeling, and the door latch is broken.
The inside, the walls are all scuffed up, the kitchen appliances are all scratched, and the furniture has broken handles amongst many dents and various finish issues. The kitchen floor has several tiles ripped up, which are easy to trip on. One of the doors that leads outside from the kitchen, the lock was stuck so we cannot use the door to go outside.
Regarding the cleanliness of the unit, I think they need to hire a new cleaning crew! There is dust everywhere, the AC vents are full of dust and grime, there is dust in every single corner, there are stains on the rugs. Dirty, dirty, journey!
The location is great, close to town, but the cabin needs a total refresh!

Just what we needed!
The cabin is a little dated but it was clean, and for the most part safe and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this very site to anyone! Since it was a bit hard to back out of our drive we found it helpful to go just a bit past and use the turnaround, go just past our driveway and then back in. Worked great for us. (The refrigerator door needs to be addressed and there is a spot on the kitchen floor that can catch your foot)

Ok
House needs a full deep clean, Not many essentials, and not good quality when they were there. (Plastic plates, plastic cups, cheap silver wear) Great view, hot tub was nice, good size house. Could easily be a 5 star if they put the right work into it.

no blankets on beds , just sheets, call 800 number, was told they would take care of it, at 8.30 pm had to go to Walmart and buy blankets, man called next day and brought out blankets. Bath tubs drain very slow, overall cabin was excellent, nice layout, nice furniture, nice views

Amazing view
Pros: A great view was a high priority and it didn’t disappoint. Hot tub was excellent. 2 out of 3 bedrooms were nice and roomy with comfy beds. Good short distance from all local attractions. Cons: The main living space and kitchen were a little smaller than I expected and the carpet was stained and musty smelling. Kitchen seemed ol d and dated without enough silverware and utensils. Bathrooms were very small with not much counter space. Some spots in the house needed a good dusting like vents. Couch to put footrest up and down on one side was broken. Driveway was very difficult to get in and out of.

Mice in aging house
The view was amazing. The house easy to find. BUT, there were mice everywhere. At least 4 were seen. They ate the extra pillows in the closet. They ate the carpet. The ATE my glasses overnight. Feces was everywhere in two rooms. It was on the towels under the sink and in the shower and jacuzzi tub. Very gross. The house is aging but we could deal with a shower that didn't drain and door handles that were fully functional. There were only about 4-6 plated and forks. There was no remote for the main TV. Again, could deal with that stuff but the mice were gross and we had to buy traps. Caught one. They were openly running around the house.

Beautiful cabin best view ever! Very dirty
This is a beautiful property the view is out of this world. However, it was very dirty. I don’t think the cleaning people are changing sheets for the beds. The house had a very sour smell. After we cleaned lichen and bathrooms and changed sheets it was great. However spending one day of our vacation cleaning is not what we signed for. Owners need to get new pots for the kitchen, more plates and new sheets and bed spreads. Beautiful property, location is perfect but cleaning crew are doing a bad job.

Rough Start to a Vacation
Firstly, the cabin is great! Spacious with perfect views. The hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The cabin needs some maintenance to repair broken doorknobs, a clogged tub drain, and to clean very the moldy shower curtain.
Secondly, booking and arriving was a nightmare for me and my family. Note: the cabin is managed by VASCA…payments must be made to VASCA through their website and by making an online account. I was totally unaware of this when I booked through Vrbo. I received an email from VASCA informing me that my reservation was going to be canceled if I didn’t pay the second payment. The second payment is not paid through Vrbo…which was news to me. There is no place on the Vrbo app to make additional payments to VASCA. There is no statement on Vrbo that a VASCA account must be made to make the second payment. I made the reservation through Vrbo on an AMEX credit card but VASCA does not take AMEX so I had to pay the second payment on a VISA.
Thirdly…Fast forward to check-in day at 4 pm, and the cabin not been cleaned! I immediately called VASCA, and they put me in touch with local management who kindly offered alternative accommodations to a different clean cabin, but my family and I wanted to stay at this cabin for the amazing views. Finally the cleaning staff arrive around 6 pm and were done around 7 pm. Luckily we didn’t have any reservations in town or that would have been ruined. Be warned of potential inconvenience with VASCA. VASCA local management offered me a small refund for my troubles, but I still wouldn’t a VASCA managed unit again.

Private with Amazing Views
First of all, the views are amazing. The house is very private. The hot tub was steaming hot 104 when we arrived, which was such a lovely surprised! (They had let us know that it might need to time to rise to temp due to refilling between guests, which is understandable.) The kitchen is compact, but really well laid out. We had TONS of towels, which is great for the 7 of us, for showers plus using the hot tub. They had extra pillows and extra linens. There were some minor housekeeping issues when we arrived that we easily handled within 5 minutes. It snowed overnight for our last day and the roads were well salted overnight and in the morning, making it really easy for us to get down the mountain. It is really close to everything! We had a great time! The only feedback I would offer is maybe getting an updated arcade gaming system (for the kids). I would also recommend getting an updated hot tub cover as it has a crack in the seam (of the cover) which leaks the hot air and makes it less efficient. The beds were all very comfortable, too. We all slept so well and had a great time. The internet speed was great and TV worked great for the football games. The views were magical. It seems to be south-facing, so we had the sun rise and the sun set across our view. It was just lovely. We had the fireplace running, it was very cozy. We had a great stay.

Views are amazing — the rest sucks
The views are the best you can get. But the washer was moldy. The dryer door wouldn’t stay shut. The entire basement smelled like mold. We couldn’t sleep in the basement bedroom because it smelled so bad - like mold. Basement door would not open. The upstairs was not clean at all. The window next to the soaker tub had a giant spider web. No way was I getting in that tub. Plus the tub was dirty. There was dust thick around most windows and around all bathroom fixtures. Difficult to get in and out of location with a big vehicle - but they do warn of this issue in the description. If you stay here, just don’t count on being able to use the basement.
