This was a beautiful place to stay. I’m so grateful for the good communication with Eric, the proprietor, he was so attentive. We had an issue with something and he addressed it so quickly.The hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well put together with new appliances, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. Would stay here again.

This was the ideal retreat for six women enjoying a yearly trip. Lots of outside deck space, plenty of room to spread out and gather.The hot tub was a treat. Viewing the incredible stars from the upstairs deck at night a highlight. When we had a minor drain problem and needed help with an AC unit, the owner sent help within half an hour. I can see why they have received high ratings and would recommend for any group wanting a quiet yet close to town retreat in Sedona.

This was a beautiful, one of a kind, exceptional family home that we stayed in on our vacation. We were a party of 9 with 2 young children and the house was clean, quiet, comfortable throughout. The owner was wonderful to work with, highly communicative and available to help with anything we needed. Beautiful outdoor spaces, with a comfortable living room, close to Sedona center. Beautiful kitchen. Easy to locate, access. Would stay there again with pleasure!

This property was perfect for our needs during a family vacation with four adults (I was traveling with my two brothers and our mom). The location is great (located in a sweet quiet neighborhood, close to Uptown Sedona, close to trails); the host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in/out; and the home itself had plenty of space for us to spend time together and then we also had our own separate areas for relaxing alone.

The house was very close to shopping, which was great. It was very comfortable for four couples. We were disappointed that the lights above the hot tub did not work. The floors and rugs on the floors were very dirty. There was not enough hot water to accommodate everyone taking a shower. The shower drain in the twin bedroom bath did not drain properly, which resulted in standing water while taking a shower. some of the jets on the hot tub did not function. The faucet on the sink in the twin bathroom is so close to the sink that you can’t even rinse your hands off. The toilet in the twin bedroom bathroom ran continually. The towel bar in the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom is off the wall. Could not get the ceiling light in the front entry bedroom to work.

Uptown Sedona vacation!

Our family gathered here and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 children! The home had wonderful visiting and eating areas and the hosts made us feel very welcome. The hot tub in the snow (in March) was an awesome memory! We only wish we had more days to explore all the hikes, art, and shopping. We will be back!

Fantastic

Our girls weekend was a wonderful experience, largely in part to this beautiful home/location to feel comfortable and cozy in. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub clean and functioning, the fireplace warm and inviting, and the ambiance just right. When we came across an issue with the thermostat, the owners had a maintenance person out expediently to solve the issue. The home is in close proximity to all of the things we were hoping to do. Even the Javelina trailhead, which is in short walking distance from the home, was a really great hike with incredible views. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.
