Welcome to your home away from home in Sebastian, FL. This remodeled home comes equipped with everything needed for the perfect stay. Enjoy the beautiful pool and grill after a nice beach day or after kayaking by the Indian River in the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge. Wabasso Beach is a short 9 min drive and 10 min to Riverview Park. Also close to restaurants and shops. Supermarket and pharmacy are only 1.4 miles away. Three bedrooms furnished as follows: king size bed, second one with a queen, and third with a full size bunk bed and a twin on top. A nice big sectional in the open family room with a big screen smart TV and a separate game room with a couch, inflatable mattress when needed; small TV with nintendo switch and cozy bean bag chairs, small gaming interchangeable table for pool, foosball, ping pong and more... books, board games and puzzles.
You'll find everything needed for the perfect beach day including beach chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Lovely Home in Sebastian!

Beautiful home with coastal decor. The beds/mattresses were very comfortable, and so was the sectional sofa in the Living Room.There are plenty of games for children! Our 11 year old LOVES to read and in one of the guest rooms, they had quite a collection of children's books! The kitchen is stocked very well, just needs a dishwasher. The owner gets back to you within minutes, we experienced excellent communication. We had a great relaxing stay...Thank You!!

Beautiful Home, with a great location!

We absolutely loved this home! My kids played in the pool endlessly when we weren't at the beach! Great living room area for evening movies and a play area for kiddos as well. The outside sitting area is by far our favorite sitting out watching the kids play in the pool! Safe neighborhood, and located about 10 mins from the river walk. Iveth made communication very easy, and always there to answer questions. We would love to stay again some time!

Pleasant Stay BUT

We were a long term stay, 5 weeks, and we did experience some issues with the home, but they were quickly resolved. Renter beware- the home has no dishwasher, which was very inconvenient when entertaining guests. Otherwise, we had a nice stay, it was a great neighborhood and shopping and beaches were close.
