Welcome to Casa Pacifica! Our pictures tell the story of the comfort that awaits your visit as well as the view and access to the bluff trail. This is two-bedroom, two-bath comfortably furnished modern home. The large owner’s suite has a bathroom with a deep bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks . The second bedroom has been converted to a sitting room with a comfortable couch bed and TV along. There is an adjacent bathroom. Our completely outfitted and updated kitchen provides opportunities for at-home cooking. For those cold nights we have a wood burning stove. The high speed fiber optic WIFI allows for both work and streaming your favorite shows. Outdoors you will enjoy hot tub/spa, deck and comfortable outdoor furniture. For your convenience the washer & dryer are available and you will enjoy easy parking and privacy.

Located less than 1/4 mile from the famous Sea Ranch Bluff Trail where you can explore the entire trail along the bluff, coves, and beaches. Play tennis, pickle ball, or swim a few laps at a Sea Ranch recreation center, golf at the Sea Ranch Links, kayak on the Gualala River, hike in the redwoods, or have a massage. At the end of the day, take in the ocean and sunset on our expansive deck, and come evening, soak in our hot tub watching the brilliant sky on a clear night.

We have invested in a 'greener lifestyle' with energy-efficient appliances, a smart thermostat, LED light bulbs, and a fully solar-powered home. The solar panels and batteries protect our renters from disappointment and inconvenience during the storms, wind, and/or PGE's rolling blackouts during fire season. It is our hope that you will follow the Sea Ranch values of living lightly on the land and practice conservation.

This is a perfect home for a long weekend getaway, dedicated vacation, holidays, a flexcation, or for a sabbatical and month-long stay (we offer a discount) for a responsible couple. You will find our house in pristine condition upon checking in. This is our home, not a commercial facility and you will feel the difference. We devote considerable time to making sure all guests come to feel at home there and believe their money was well spent. In return we expect our guests to work with us to maintain our property. This is why we do not do automatic reservations and hope you will ping us with your interest and experience in renting at Sea Ranch or other people's personal home.

There is nothing like being in The Sea Ranch whether it is for the holidays, Spring, Summer, or Fall.

Beautiful views and relaxation!

The Sea Ranch is truly a magical place. And Casa Pacifica is a lovely home and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and made for a very relaxing and memorable stay. We could stare at those views for days…and did! The home itself is very well appointed, has everything you need, and also has a very comfortable bed. Monica was also very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning!

Was drawn to this home based on the photos. In-person this home exceeded all expectations. Beautiful and clean inside. Felt quiet and secluded even with neighbors. Well equipped with all the basics. And communication with property manager (PM) went above and beyond. Pre-arrival message tips and recommendations was a lovely touch. PM also responded promptly to minor home issue (out of their control) and provided regular updates throughout.Already planning our next trip. 10/10 would recommend for couples or solo travelers.

Sea Ranch spring getaway

The house is lovely and very comfortable with expansive views of the ocean and the horizon. The meadows were full of spring wild flowers, deer, the occasional hare and many birds. We all enjoyed our break from the city!!

lovely Sea Ranch home

Place was really nice. The only real issue and it was a major one - the kitchen and master bathroom were infested with ants. Owner claimed it was previous renter or the recent rains but we felt uncomfortable with food prep because we were never sure if ants had gotten into it. And clothes dryer was impossibly slow. But owner was understandably sorry about the ant issue.

Perfect Getaway!

We spent the week between Christmas and New Years at this lovely house! It was fantastic in all regards. The house was clean, there were notes and directions around the house that made everything so easy! Communication with Monica was easy and seamless and it was so kind of her to take the time to share her favorite spots! The proximity to town and the walks to the cliffs were perfection. We can't wait to come back to Sea Ranch.

Pacific Gem

Casa Pacifica is a jewel which provides comfort, luxury, an inviting view of the ocean and is located near several hiking trails and Shell Beach. The owner, Monica, is very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. This house is impeccably clean, beautifully appointed,and pet friendly (which includes a dog bed, cat tower, feeding bowls, treats, and blanket). Kitchen supplies, Nepresso with pods, coffee maker, condiments and complimentary wine from the host are generously provided. Monica knows how to make guests feel welcomed! For all the above reasons, Casa Pacifica is our favorite property to which we have returned in bucolic Sea Ranch.

Everything you need!

Well, to start with, don't pack anything but food and clothes, because anything and everything you'll need is there for you! Literally, everything! Spotless. Comfortable. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The only thing I'd like to see is, perhaps, a TV in the 2nd bedroom. The large window into the MBR from the living room makes it a little hard to do anything, that you need the lights on. The lights light up the MBR, so if people go to bed in that room it will stay lit up. Not a deal breaker, but unless everyone retires at the same time, it is a little awkward for anyone staying up.

A perfect Sea Ranch getaway

My partner and I stayed at this wonderful house for the second time and it was just as perfect as the first. It really feels like you're staying in a friend's home, not some slightly crummy vacation rental; it is apparent in every detail how much the owners care about Sea Ranch and your stay. The ocean views from the master, deck, and living room are gorgeous. The house is comfortable, organized, and well appointed with everything you might need. They have treats, dog towels/blankets, and a dog bed to welcome our pup, and the hosts are communicative with lots of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. The hot tub is delightful for stargazing at night and it's one of the few homes out there with really comfortable patio furniture. We definitely plan on returning! Thanks again for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

How VRBO is Supposed to Be

This was a great property and exactly how I would want my own vacation home to be. The property beautiful, well maintained, and well appointed. You can tell that this home is not some investment property that is heartlessly managed. It's a lovingly curated and lived in home. I appreciated how well documented the home is as well. I was never left with any questions on where something was or how to do something. Truly a great house. I plan to stay here again if I can! Only critique is that the primary suite is much, much nicer and bigger than the second bedroom. Something to consider when traveling with friends. Otherwise this is the perfect vacation rental.

Great Sea Ranch Property

We make several trips to The Sea Ranch annually and always rent a house and invite other family members along. Casa Pacifica is one of the best properties we've rented; a central location, fantastic layout and view, and very well maintained. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.

A Great Place to Stay in Sea Ranch

Rain or Shine this is the place to stay in Sea Ranch! The house is perfectly located so it’s a short drive to the lodge and Gualala. The house has a unique, spacious and comfortable design. It’s is extremely well furnished, equipped and organized. It’s hard to imagine anyone would want or need anything that wasn’t provided. Monica is a great host, easy to work and communicates when necessary and in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying at this property - you won’t be disappointed!
