Perfect location!!

Nicely appointed rental in a perfect location on beautiful Jones St. Lovely courtyard is perfect if traveling with your dog. No car is necessary… all of the historic district is perfect for walking. Right around the corner from Forsythe Park. We will definitely be returning to this amazingly historic city!

Amazing Location & Great Place for Dogs

The property is in an amazing location within the historic district. Everything is very walkable. The courtyard was an added bonus for our dogs. We really enjoyed the stay.

Tucked away but great location

We enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. The space was the right size for us (2 adults and our dog). The entrance was a tad tricky to find since we came in at night and weren’t really familiar with the location, but was easy to get into. We enjoyed the courtyard, and the owners dogs were sweet and friendly with our small pup. Good location for things we wanted to do and had what we needed.

The Epitome of Southern Class and Charm

Two bonuses…hidden peaceful courtyard , the epitome of southern charm, a short walk from historic places people visit from around the world. But so incredibly dog friendly. My dog Merlin was nervous from 20 hours of driving and motels but the dogs Pheobe and Leon became his friends and they played happily in the courtyard.

Wonderful!

I have stayed here a couple of times and just love it! The carriage house is comfortable, quiet, well appointed and very private and is located perfectly to make it easy to get all around the historic district. This pet friendly property is one of my favorites in Savannah!

Lovely carriage house in a prime location

Location is incredible and we felt right at home at the carriage house. It is small but comfortable and the perfect size for our 3 day trip. We loved the visits from the doggies. The bed was a Full size so too small for my husband and I to share. He slept on the sofa and I slept in the bed. An upgraded mattress would go a long way to add to a near perfect stay. There is a bed in the loft but it wasn't an option for our middle aged knees! We will definitely stay again when we return to this lovely city.

Great carriage house

This is our second stay at this property. First time we stayed in the first floor apartment and this time in the carriage house. The location is perfect (Jones street is a stunner). The carriage house everything we needed and it was wonderful because we brought our dog. I would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again

Sweet Scape

Location, location, location, this property is perfectly located in the historic district, parking on the street was very easy and we were able to walk everywhere when we didn't feel like driving. Leon & Phoebe are very friendly and are ready to greet you when you arrive. Communicating with management was not difficult and they even gave us recommendations, instructions for access thru the garage were clear. The shared courtyard was beautiful, but a bit smelly.

Perfect retreat

The property was great. Bed was comfortable and the AC was amazing with the heat and humidity of Savannah. The inner courtyard was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We left after one sleepless night

Pretty as the pictures. But really poor sleeping conditions. Small bed attached to the wall. Also, main house has two big dogs with their door always open to sirvey/protect the backyard, our entry area. I would recommend the space only to small people without their own dog.

Wanted to Love this Place

The photos of the property are accurate - this condo is small but absolutely adorable. It's location couldn't be better - its on a safe, quiet, & gorgeous street. That being said, for all of the "if you do this, you will be fined" threat emails, we arrived to have dog-diarrhea all over the front porch. It was incredibly hard to walk in without stepping in it, we had to lift our dog so she didn't get it all over her feet. Even though the owner cleaned it up within an hour, it smelled like diarrhea for the rest of our stay - so we couldn't be outside on the rocking chair or courtyard. This location bills itself as dog friendly, but there are far more dog friendly locations in this very dog friendly city.

Loved our stay!

The carriage house was a dream to stay in. The space was adequate for 2 people and was comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful and it was a joy to wake up to every morning. It’s a perfect walking distance to everything! Would recommend to anyone visiting Savannah for the first time.

Great little carriage house!

Perfect location between Forsyth Park and River Street, walk or bike to all the squares and restaurants in the historic district. We have been to Savannah several times before and loved this property based upon location and comfort of the property We will look to stay here again!

What a beautiful place

I went with a girlfriend for a long weekend in my favorite town of Savannah. The guest cottage is on one of the most beautiful streets in all of town. The property has a glorious little courtyard with a lovely little fountain with coy swimming around. The location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I was in need of an “old fashioned coffee pot” and they went out to get me one right away! There are two sweet doggies that great you as you come and go, so it made the visit feel like home. The owner is so kind, she even gave us a ride to one of her favorite breakfast spots! My friend kept saying “I never want to leave” It is a small unit perfect for two. if I could make one recommendation is a hand towel for the kitchen but next time I will bring one with me. I can’t say enough about the joy and beauty we experienced at this wonderful little hideaway. Thank you Cora, we love your little slice of heaven. 🐝🍃

Quintessential Savannah 5 stars all day!

We absolutely loved this property! The garden is perfectly cultivated with plants and flowers and seating areas. Looks like Better Homes & Gardens cover photos I swear! I got to throw their dog a ball too :0 ) the Carriage house was perfect for three adults and had everything we needed. Close enough to everything to walk but not so close that you’re disturbed by partiers. It was a lovely experience and I would do it again!

We loved our stay at this property. They gave great instructions on how to enter, by entering from garage area. The shared courtyard was beautiful and loved sitting there 1 evening and relaxing after a long day. The bed and couch were cumfy. Shower did not have hot water, just warm, but kitchen was water hot. They had a 2nd twin bed in loft (? we saw it they had a ladder up in the rafters, so not sure about this) the dogs Leon and Phoebe were so cute. We loved when they came to greet us everyday. Great walkable location. Only complaint was the not hot shower.
