Great place in a great location! We visited family over the holidays and there was plenty of room for all to hang out. Backyard and pool are really nice. Agnes was very responsive and friendly. She has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable and enjoy their stay. We will definitely be back!
Pool area was so pretty at night. Love the pavers and a lot of outdoor seating.

This house was great! Super clean. Convenient to I75. Grocery and other shops 5 minutes away. About 20 minutes to gorgeous Siesta Key Beach. Lots of beach stuff to borrow: chairs, towels, wagon, boogie boards. Easy check-in & check-out. My mom said the primary bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the secondary queen bed was way too firm for my taste so I ended up in one of the twin beds. Overall it was a great stay!

Fun family get-together

Our family got together for the week between Xmas and New Years. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Close to all the activities of Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area.

We had a wonderful stay!!

The house was just lovely! Everything you would ecer need was in the kitchen, plenty of pots and pans, silverware and plates and cups. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The living room couch was very comfortable and we all fit together! The location was very central to lots of beaches and shopping areas. We really enjoyed the pool as well. The host messaged me to make sure everything was good with the house upon our arrival ( unfortunately my VRBO app was not working properly and I didnt realize until several days later) Our host made sure to give us her contact info in case we would need to get ahold of her quickly, which thankfully we didn't. Everything was just perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we would absolutely stay here again!!

Tranquil home

Beautiful home with tons of amenities. Agnes was terrific with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our family time in this home and felt super comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add tvs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. It worked just fine for us though. Thanks Agnes for helping us achieve quality family time.

Transition home while we closed on a new home

Great family vacation

Stayed for a family vacation. The house was great, clean and perfect amenities. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Close to restaurants and groceries and a 20 min easy trip to the beach. Would definitely come back if we have the opportunity.

Wonderful stay!

My family (2 adults, 2 children ages 5 and 9) stayed at the property during Spring Break of 2023 and had a wonderful time! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the interstate, grocery stores, and other amenities. It's a bit of a drive to the beach due to traffic, but very do-able for day trips to the beach. My kids absolutely loved the pool! We paid the extra fee to heat the water, which was well worth it. My kids were able to enjoy the warm water, even on a cold and dreary day. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great home, great hostess, great stay!!

Clean and pet-free with a private pool in the fenced back yard! We spent much of our time on the shaded, poolside lanai. The split floor plan and the spacious kitchen/dining layout were both great. Hostess Agnes is both friendly and attentive. Location is excellent for accessing beaches, shopping, dining and beautiful Myakka River State Park. Thank you Agnes, we’ll be back!

Great home!

Extremely clean and well stocked home. The pool was very nice and wonderful in the evening after our soccer games at IMG Academy. Everything you need for the beach is in the garage! Agnes was very quick to answer questions. Enjoyed our stay very much! Now back to the snow :(

Ok. Not worth it if you’re only staying a night.

Only stayed one night so didn’t get to use the amenities. Check in time and check out times for one night doesn’t allow you to get into the pool. The hours are not good. Pool opens after checkout. Check in time was 4, had dinner. Pool closed. Not great for one night.

Everything we wanted and more

We stayed here for the holiday and we could not have asked for a better experience. Agnes was so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. 100% recommend staying here. The pool was amazing as well.

WEDDING

We stayed here for our wedding with our 4 kids. The house and pool were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Only downfall was the crabby neighbor that threaten to call the cops for being too noisy.

Exactly what we needed!

House was exactly as described, the owner was so easy to communicate with, & had no many nice extras! We had a slight issue one evening, message the owner & she reached out right away & was able to troubleshoot in just a few minutes. The beds were comfy, we had everything that we needed on that front. The pool & patio area are beautiful with a great furniture setup to make it comfy to hangout poolside. We paid to have the pool heated & I’m glad we did. We spent mornings at 3 different local beaches, all which were easy to reach & the afternoons in the pool. The kids loved everything about it & we were all sad to come home. We’d love to stay here again!
