The 2nd floor is open and airy, with brilliant natural light bathing the main living area and tall ceilings adding to the expansive feel. Plush furniture decorates the living room including large Smart TV with Sonos. The covered balcony is a calming retreat when you want to enjoy an afternoon drink or relax with a book. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances + dining for 6 completes the main living area.

A family vacation isn't complete w/out your beloved pup. Just For Fun is pet friendly for non-shedding dogs 45 pounds or lighter and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. (Pet must be approved prior to arrival by Exclusive 30A. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction without refund.)
Want some extra space? Ask about adding the separate carriage house apartment with sleeping for 6 to your reservation. The main house and carriage house are rented separately, and there is a high likelihood another guest with a pet will be in the carriage house during your stay. The carriage house has a private entrance across the courtyard from the main house.
