Wrap-around patios on every floor, offer unique views of downtown Santa Barbara, Stearn's Wharf, the Pacific ocean, the Channel Islands and Santa Barbara Harbor, as well as stunning Sycamore Canyon and mountain views.
The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings make every room feel spacious. Tasteful European decor, art, sculptures, antiques, classic columns, fireplaces and a stunning grand piano adorn the home.
The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has a large kitchen island with granite counter tops, bar seating and plenty of work space. Just off the kitchen, there is a lovely patio with outdoor dining and lounging with views galore.
A formal dining area with a sparkling chandelier and city views seats 8 people in utmost style.
The master bedroom is spacious and elegant with cathedral ceilings, columns, a comfy gas fireplace and seating area, a beautiful 4-poster bed and an en suite bathroom with tub.
Downstairs, 2 beautiful guest rooms (with views), a bathroom with shower, a family room with a TV and fireplace and all new hardwood flooring, plus a separate den/seating area and workstation make the lower level of the house an optimal guest suite.
