Welcome to "The Hutch" located adjacent to Santa Barbara's Funk zone, one block away from downtown’s State St and also less than5 minute walk to the sand at the beach!! The Hutch oozes with stylish details and an eclectic thrifted esthetic. Just a 5 min. walk to eateries and wine tasting. The Hutch is perfect for small groups, ready for a weekend of adventure.Located in close proximity to the train makes it ideal for travelers or staycationers. It is conveniently placed in a mixed use building compiled of two busy bars , which you can hear during business hours ! The music shuts off outside at 12am.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
