This place was terrible from the beginning to the end. First, the check-in and check-out process is extremely slow. It takes forever with only 2-3 people in line waiting. Then, the room's temperature was below 62 degrees. When I tried to adjust the room's temperature, I noticed that the thermostat didn't work. I called the front desk and asked for support. They treated me as if I didn't know how to operate the controls (I worked for past companies with HVAC divisions for large commercial, industrial, and public buildings. When the tech came to the room (requested), he again tried to tell me how to manage the temp (basically use it and then turn it off when the room was too cold. I told him that I knew how the system was supposed to work and I forced him to tell me the truth. He confessed that it wasn't working properly in the entire hotel, so changing rooms would not fix the problem. The room's window had a large and deep crack since the last hurricane in 2017, and has still not been replaced in 2026. The bathroom doesn't provide privacy, and the shower' design made the bathroom's floor wet all over. And to make it worse, the hotel charged me a significantly higher cost of over $1,300 for 3 nights, even after paying a deposit of 30%. I checked out one day early and the personnel lack the knowledge to properly credit the one day early checked out and the over charge of the 30% deposit, so I ended paying almost $1,700 for two nights at this miserable place. DON"T STAY HERE!!!!!
